The usual sultry Saturday afternoon of the University of Science and Technology Meghalaya (USTM) in the 9th Mile area of Ri Bhoi district was interrupted by the roaring of bikes and a continuous progression of rap songs. That’s how the second episode of #SetWetGo, a first-ever biking campaign in Northeast India, made its mark at the university. The day-long event was organised by Set Wet, Marico’s male grooming and styling master brand, in partnership with Assam Bikers, one of the most popular biking groups of the region, in Guwahati, Assam. The objective of the campaign was to interact with the youths of the Northeast and what better way than biking as a medium of engagement in this part of the country.
