Amidst all the invaluable learning imparted by Rahman, Jonathan was struck by his humility.  The influence of those “invaluable learning” can be seen clearly in his new song Trouble which was released on February 3 and has raked over 2.24 lakh views till now. This mellow song talks about dealing with the hardships…

https://youtu.be/9fct30hwHos A music composer, poet, abstract artist and a full-time architect — all packed into one. That’s Lueit Parasar Hazarika — the man who does not seem to be happy doing just one thing. Lueit drew inspiration from his parents to become a musician. “Both of them were quite famous stage performers and when there is music all the time all around you, you automatically get drawn and attracted towards it” said Lueit. He took up Indian Classical vocal, the Bhatkhande style at the tender age of seven. “My father was an avid listener of most of the Indian style of music. We were not exposed to Western music as such in my childhood, although Michael Jackson was one of my favorites,” added Lueit. His musical talents were further honed when he shifted to Bombay to pursue his studies in architecture in the year of 1995. “I came…

The most awaited nominations of the 92nd Academy Awards were declared recently and as usual there are some amazing titles up for an Oscar in 2020. This year’s Oscar extravaganza will be held on February 9 at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California and like the year before, without any host as well. Unsurprisingly, Todd Phillip’s Joker, scored a whopping 11 Academy Award (Oscar) nominations, including best director, best picture and best actor. Even Scarlett Johansson scored a double nomination for Best Actress for her work in Marriage Story and Best Supporting Actress in JoJo Rabbit. However, the nominations raised some eyebrows yet again as women were completely shut down from the best director category.
